When I was younger my motivation was nothing else than working for a prestigious company or brand, feeling good about what I was doing and reaching the top throughout my career.
As time passed by, I realized (and I will never move from this statement) that PEOPLE work for PEOPLE. When you have a great inspirational boss, coaching you, protecting you, teaching you, motivating you... . the rest doesn't really count. When you have a team of motivated and inspired people, that trust to, believe in you and enjoy it when you spend time with them (for good and for improvement).... This is all that matters.
Remember when someone leaves the company, doesn't leave the brand, the name or the institution... leaves YOU.

...and... all jobs are essentially the same: meetings, phone calls, writing reports, listening to people... great jobs don't just exist, they are created when the right attitude meets any opportunity ;-)
